conversions, strip-center or mall locations may require some contribution
by franchisee toward leasehold improvements.

negotiating and securing a lease is provided.

to 2,200 square feet building size requirement with capability for a drive thru. Lot requirement is a minimum 100 foot
frontage with 150 foot depth

no other direct payments in conjunction with the purchase of the
